The Theories
The objective is to demonstrate how the prevailing ideas of the theory are drawn from these writing. The assignment is to identify a point from the reading that directly relates to one of the tenets on the chart. Explain in your own words how the reading supports the theoretical idea. You need to give examples for each author relating their ideas to 4 different tenets (Note: For Hamilton and Marx, even though there are 2 readings, they are still just one author.) In total, you will have 8 examples on your paper (2 authors @ 4 tenets each).
So, for example, what does Hamilton say specifically that relates to 'maximum growth in national economy'? You need to reference the author and section, paragraph number (some aren't numbered, so you'll have to count), or page number like this (Hamilton, #11: 4) for each example.
