The Export Industry in Thailand

You are a senator in Thailand's National Assembly.  Your sub-committee is charged with creating a bill to address Thailand's export industry. 

First, you need to determine what is problematic about the export industry as well as the systemic factors that contribute to those problems. 

Second, based on other countries' attempts to address prostitution issues, what legislation do you propose to deal with the associated problems you identified in question one?  

Third, how would your proposed prostitution legislation affect the light export industry and internal migration?
