Applying what you've learned to Family Guy

We have covered many topics during the semester that are evident in the Family Guy episode "E Peterbus Unum". These include international relations theories, the different kinds of negotiation environments, conflict, state sovereignty, Global North and Global South status, and human security. Since these are broad categories, be sure to choose a specific concept to discuss, such as one of the theories, a particular type of negotiation situation, or an aspect of conflict or human security.

• Choose three concepts. In separate paragraphs, explain each concept in your own words then explain how each concept is evident in the episode using specific examples from the cartoon to support your points. Next, give an example relating to that concept from something we covered in class. 

• In a fourth paragraph, discuss how the episode addresses these abstract international relations concepts in a concrete way and whether the cartoon was effective at highlighting the international issues you noted.

Be sure to follow the Standard Format for Written Work  in your course syllabus. Do not forget to double space your paper!
